Returns Policy

Summary

We operate a 7-day returns policy, allowing you to return your order for a full refund within 7 days of you receipt of it. Please be aware that your returned items must be received by us within this 7 day period for you to qualify for a full refund. Any postage costs, either incurred by you when returning the item, or the cost of postage when your order was originally dispatch, are non-refundable.

Should you wish to exchange your item outside of this 7-day period you may do so provided the item has not been worn, damaged or removed from any outer packaging it may have been shipped in, and is in a resell able condition. Although this is true for the majority of products available from our site, we are unable to accept exchanges on items including underwear and lingerie once they have left our care for hygiene reasons. If you return your item to us for an exchange and it is found not to be in a suitable condition to qualify, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Should you wish to return your item please inform our customer services team, either by email to customercare@bornonthestreets.com or by telephone on 020 7263 7723, providing your order reference and contact details to allow us to deal with your return as quickly as possible.
