Summary

After placing an order with our website you will receive an email confirming our receipt and acceptance of your purchase. Your order constitutes an offer from yourself to us to purchase a product. All orders received through the site are subject to our acceptance, and this acceptance will be confirmed to you by way of a confirmatory email, as previously stated.

The contract between yourself and us for the procurement of products will only be formed once this confirmatory email has been sent.

Availability and delivery

We aim to delivery your product to you within 3 days of accepting your order, however this will be subject to availability of stock at the time of purchase.

Delivery dates provided on our website are estimated and are in no way guaranteed, although we will make every effort to provide you with the most accurate delivery information for your order available at the time.

Risk and title

All products purchased from our website will be at your risk from the time of their successful delivery. Ownership of these products will pass on to you once you have made payment in full for the products you have purchased, including delivery charges.

Price and payment

The price of products listed on our website will be as quoted on our website, except in cases where there has been obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to your order upon its completion.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the Contract between us has been formed, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.

We accept payment in various forms, including the following credit or debit cards as listed on our website.

Cards accepted: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Visa debit cards (Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Debit), Maestro, Switch and Solo.

We may also accept payments via PayPal, however please contact us before placing your order to confirm how to go about this.

By submitting an order through our website, you warrant and represent that the payment details you provide as part of your order are both correct and valid, as well as your confirmation that once your order has been accepted and processed by ourselves, payment will be made in full.
