We have a 7 day refund policy. We must receive the item 7 days after item was received.
Yes we do we will exchange on most item as long as it has not been worn, damaged and it is in the condition that we sent it out in. In the case of underwear we cannot exchange or refund if it has been tried on due to safety and health precautions.
