We use DPD Interlink Express whch is a next day delivery service between monday to friday. All orders made after 3pm thursday will be sent out Monday morning and you will receive them Tueaday.

We have a 7 day refund policy. We must receive the item 7 days after it was purchased.
Yes we do we will exchange on most item as long as it has not been worn, damaged and it is in the condition that we sent it out in. In the case of underwear we cannot exchange or refund if it has been tried on due to safety and health precautions.
